The best part of working out with a personal trainer.... you make appointments. There is a commitment. Although there are times I want to cry its so hard I always seem to push through and feel good afterward. Today I hit the treadmill for about 15 minutes before Dewayne my trainer was ready. Today we did a lot of leg work followed by some ab work. Although I enjoy leg workouts today seemed more difficult. Sometimes I really have to dig down deep. I am always glad I did. Day 19 complete. I have no clue how I am going to get Day 20 in since we will be traveling... check back to see if I am able to do it.
I followed it up with a haircut... great day.
